Random October pics

This poor baby had to deal with his mommy playing dress-up. This is the outfit that he wore in September to Ryan and Addi's wedding. He looked so very dapper and adorable, but fell asleep before we could get any pictures of him! So one random day we dressed him up and took a few shots before he grew out of it!!
Work it, Elliot!
Passed out cold!
Sleeping on Gramma when they came to visit for Ollie's birthday.
This snack trap is awesome!! All you have to do is pull the lid off and you can dump the food everywhere and eat it off of the floor!
I'm gonna get you!
Baby lunch date with Arlo!
October brought a couple of rough, sleepless nights since big guy started getting teeth! His first one appeared at 8 months and 8 days, and number 2 a few weeks later. Teething=drooling+snot+cough=fever=ear infection for this guy!! And that means nobody sleeps! Poor baby!
The appearance of teeth also = the end of baby food! When he got his ear infection right around Ollie's birthday, he decided that he was done with it! So we started giving him finger foods, which he LOVES! When we went in for his ear infection, he weighed 18 pounds, 13 ounces. Two weeks later at his 9 month appointment, he was 19 pounds 13 ounces. Good stuff! He was also 30 1/4 inches long, which is crazy! The other two were 30 1/2 inches at a year. He has hit all of his 9 month milestones and looks great! He has been standing unsupported on his own, and is doing so for longer and longer intervals...
Food is yummy!! When I'm done eating, it's also fun to rub it in my hair.
Silly goose after his bath. He is now getting baths with Ollie and Evie. He tries to stand up, crawl around, and is a huge wiggle worm. He loves playing in the water.
Happy, happy, happy!
Another big change in October was sleep training. I have been nursing him to sleep up to this point, and getting up at least twice a night to feed him. Dr. Bergstein yelled at me again, saying he should be sleeping through the night. So we let him cry himself to sleep, which has been taking less than 5 minutes. He has been passing out like this though... Later on he rolls onto his tummy and puts his little tush in the air like the other two used to. So cute!
You can see his little chomper in this one!
Poor Ollie got sick at the end of the month too. He had his 5 year appointment, but couldn't get his immunizations because he was 102.7. Poor buddy! It was all viral, but he had to miss a week of school, including Halloween. Luckily they moved Trick-or-treating to Friday because of horrible weather on Halloween, so he was able to go. He was a big 42.6 pounds and 42.75 inches at his 5 year appointment. Besides the fever, he looked great and has hit/passed all of his milestones. Dr. B said he will do awesome in Kindergarten next year!
Check out those feet! He likes to hook them on his chair just like Ollie and Evie used to. So cute!! Sorry about the pink bib buddy... He hates bibs, and rips them off and throws them. This is the only set that we have that has snaps, so he can't get rid of them...

Pumpkin Patch

On Monday, Grandma was on Fall Break, so we all went to gymnastics, grabbed lunch, and then drove up to Stoneycreek Farm to pick out some pumpkins. It turned into a beautiful sunny day, and wasn't very crowded since it was only a few days before Halloween. It was a perfect fall afternoon!

Me and the kiddos
Cheese! The three musketeers.
Riding the pumpkin train.
Ollie mid-flight. He had an awesome time running and jumping on the air pad.
That caterpiller has some funny poop!
This is the first year that we hit the petting zoo. We fed some goats and donkeys. And by we, I mean Eva.
Hayride out to the pumpkin patch.
Whee!!
Searching for the perfect pumpkin!
These two are so funny!!
We actually got some great pics of the three of them for once!
This is the best we could do with Grandma...
Waiting for our return hayride.
This picture scares me a little bit for the teenage years. Look at that attitude!
This is awesome!!
Three perfect pumpkins!

Trunk or Treat

Sunday evening, we all dressed up and headed over to Meridian Street Methodist for their annual Trunk or Treat. It's always a good time with a jump house, balloon animals and games besides the trunk or treating, and the kids always see friends from school there!

Officer Haug reporting for duty! With Mr. Bear, of course.
Gru, Agnes and Unicorn.
Trunk or treat!
O trying his hand at one of the games.
Gru and Agnes playing with the unicorn. Jon was great-he really got into character, speaking with an accent and walking hunched over just like Gru!
Me and my minion buddy.
