8 months old

Yes, it has been 8 months since this little cutie was born! And a very eventful month too. First time swimming, first tooth, she learned how to clap, spit, blow raspberries, give kisses, and sleep through the night (finally...)! Eva is still crawling like a champ, and pulling up on everything. She is so smiley, and loves to go after Oliver and get his stuff. She is very scrappy, and not afraid of her big brother one bit. She is still a great eater, nursing about 5 times and eating 3-4 jars of baby food and a container of YoBaby yogurt every day! She also still loves puffs, mum mums, cheerios and yogurt melts. She is getting steadier on her feet each day, and can balance for a few seconds after letting go before falling to the floor. New sounds include dadadada, babababa, ol-ol-ol-ol. Maybe Ollie will be her first word?!?!

I tried to bribe her to sit still with some puffs, but then she started sucking her thumb. Duh, Mom, don't try to take my picture before nap time! We did get some cute ones in her high chair. Can can kicks! Do we have another dancer in the house? Oliver and Eva laughing. Apparantly I am hilarious! Toes are still delicious. Here she comes! She loves to carry around socks, and sometimes will have them hanging out of her mouth like a little puppy dog. Found you, Mom! Her new little teeth. The left one came in a few days before she turned 8 months, and the right was about a week later. Pretty girl!
