After our nice 4 day weekend in Chicago, we headed up to Madison for a few days of visits before Thanksgiving. We arrived Monday afternoon, just in time to go to our nephew Alex's wrestling match. It was so much fun to watch him, and he won!!

On Tuesday, we went to Grandma Mac's house to spend some time with her. I think she was thoroughly amused with these two little hams. Here she is looking at pictures with Evie.
Then Ollie and Evie spent a good hour being Hibachi chefs and cooking up some Legos. They have such good imaginations.
They also had a great time taking a spin on Grandma's walker.
Wednesday Alex and Cassie didn't have school, so they got to spend the day with us. After Jody left for work, we loaded up all 4 kids in the car and headed to my dear friend Hillary's house.
After Colbie got used to the fact that we had invaded her house, we had so much fun playing! It was great having Alex and Cassie (and Jon) there, because Hillary and I had plenty of time to catch up while they kept the kiddos entertained.
Colbie wasn't so sure about this big squeeze from Evie. The girls are 2 months apart in age, and get along so great. It is funny, because Colbie was such a little peanut when she was born, and now she and Evie are the exact same size!
Colbie also has the coolest toys. Well Hillary, there are no pics of us, but our girls are probably much cuter to look at anyways. ;)
We are so lucky to have such an awesome niece and nephew. Even though they are so much older than Ollie and Evie, they are so great with them, and so sweet to play with them and entertain them every time we show up for a visit.
