Off to the caves...

So what do you do when it's raining and gross in the mountains of Virginia? Why, you go caving, of course. We all drove over to Luray Caverns on Wednesday, and they were beautiful! I probably would not recommend going on a cave tour with an 11 month old and a 2 year old as they were over it after about 10 minutes, but it would have been interesting if we could have heard the tour guide! We stuck at the back of the pack with Dad, as you will see from all of our pictures.

Jon and Ollie in the natural opening. This area has water in it reflecting the stalactites back up. So cool! Me and Evie. She was thirsty! She also left the cave a little present in the form of a pacifier. It went over the edge. Oops. Grandma and Lanie This cave is so big!! Oliver looks so old in this picture! Eva's main problem with the cave is that she didn't want to be in the carrier, she wanted to walk! It was kind of bumpy though, and lots of water on the ground, so not very safe! Caves are fun!
Evie and Papa Oliver and Lanie. They look so much alike! Yay caves! Ella, Ollie and Evie all look thrilled.

  1. 1. Oliver looks like he is 6 years old in that picture!

    2. Lainey is such a good big cousin. I think there has hardly been a single picture of Ollie without her.

    3. The paci over the edge is too funny! I'm pretty sure that you just altered history.
