This is the first year in a long time that we have gone out on New Year's Eve! Like, we haven't gone out since before we had the kiddos. But one of my besties from college, Jayme, got married just after Thanksgiving, and she and her husband Dave decided to have a New Year's Eve reception. Alex and Cassie came down with Gramma after Christmas, so they all came to watch the kids so we could go out on the town.
Gramma bought this fun Rice Krispie treat train set, and the kids had a total blast decorating their train cars.

Boy side of the table!
We first went to dinner at Capital Grille with a group of 12 friends from college. Dinner was delicious! Then it was on to the Hilton for the reception. I was almost 36 weeks pregnant, so very bumpalicious! I did manage to rock my awesome 5 inch silver heels until after midnight. We all had a great time.
