Oliver still has his moments as a terrible two year old, but most days, he is just hilarious! Jon and I spend a lot of time laughing at the stuff he says and does. His vocabulary is just amazing, and he comes up with new things to say every day. Some favorite phrases include: care mit (carry me), nummer one (the other one or another one), huh huh (yes/uh huh), bupp cream (butt cream). Lately he has been shaking hands saying "nice to meet you", can count at least to 15, knows the ABC song, is great with shapes. Jon was working on numbers with him using a deck of cards, and he also will call out the shapes (hearts, diamonds, nummer hearts-spades, mickey mouse-clubs). He loves to read books. Many nights we will put him to bed just to hear him run across his room. When we go to check on him, he will be "reading" in the dark. The other day, he saw a dead lady bug on the floor, so I told him it was sleeping. A little while later, he saw another one on the floor, and said "lady bug sleepin'. Look, lady bug movin', lady bug 'wake!!" He proceeded to watch the lady bug for awhile as I was trying to get him to come downstairs. I finally heard him run down the hallway, but not before he yelled "bye lady bug, luv ewe!!" Too cute.
After eating frozen blueberries.
Chilling in a box with his firetruck. He gets so excited when we get packages, because the boxes provide hours of entertainment!

That picture of him lounging is so funny! What a life.
