Saturday we were supposed to spend the day in Bloomington with all of my sorority sisters, but on Thursday evening, Oliver had a fever of 102 degrees! This is the first time he has ever had a fever. I gave him some Tylenol and Motrin, but he was still 102 on Friday morning when he woke up. So we got to make another visit to the pediatrician! Ear infection #2 was diagnosed, and we were sent away with a prescription for Omnicef this time, and a very clingy, sad boy! Friday night he was up every few hours, and ended up spending most of the night in our bed. Jon and I felt horrible leaving him for an entire day, so we decided to stay home. It was an easier decision with all of the sleep deprivation...
Luckily, the weather on Saturday was absolutely beautiful, and we had some nice family time together. We walked down to Starbucks (oh how I've missed walking there...), and then over to the canal to feed the ducks. We continued a mile or so over to the Butler football field where we ran around for a little while. It was so nice to be outside again! Hopefully the beautiful weather is here to stay.
We started with two little ducks.
We must have had some delicious bread though...

And lots of love!

Because this is where we ended up!
Walking the canal with Daddy. Mommy got to push the empty stroller...
Checking out the turf.
And running some drills!
Touchdown!!
