On the plane. Jon thought that Oliver needed a portable DVD player to stay occupied during our travels. He really didn't like the headphones, and was more interested in pushing the buttons on the player than watching the "toons", but it was helpful. He did great on all of our flights! In West Palm Beach, we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. Oliver immediately started jumping on the bed once we got into our room! It was a beautiful hotel, and his favorite part of the day was when the maids brought chocolate to our room in the evening. He would run to the door and get very excited!
Chilling in the big bed. Little did we know that Oliver would be sleeping with us almost the entire trip. He really didn't like the hotel crib, and skipped his nap the first two days we were there. We kind of got into the swing of things midway through the trip, although I spent his naps in West Palm lying by him reading, making sure he didn't wake up or roll off the bed...
Getting ready for the Diva Duck bus/boat tour. The weather in West Palm was a bit chilly (mid to high 60's), so no pool or beach for us the first few days. Luckily, I had researched activities in the area, just in case. The Diva Duck was a 75 minute tour that left from CityPlace, the big outdoor shopping center in West Palm. We drove over to the IntraCostal waterway, and then splashed into the water for a little tour of the sights. It was pretty fun, they had lots of duck jokes and fun music, but poor Oliver fell asleep towards the end of it...

On the water with my sleepy boy.

So fun, I loved seeing the pictures and hearing all about vacation!!!!
