Yes, we were a little late in getting a tree this year. We did discover that if you go a little over a week before Christmas, you can get a gorgeous 7-8 foot Frasier Fir for half price ($19.99). So that was a deal! We made an evening of it with a nice dinner out at Bazbeaux with some friends, then over to Lowe's to pick out a tree. The kids had a great time, and they still don't really understand the concept of time, so it worked out well.

Saturday morning we got to work decorating after it had settled over night. This chick was thrilled to discover the dancing and singing Grinch. She is still obsessed with him after our trip.

My parents stopped through just after we put up all of our decor, and brought Evie this hula outfit from their Hawaii trip. She totally has the hula hips down!
